Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington and seeks LMHCs, LICSWs or LMFTs to join as 1099 contractors. You will have complete schedule autonomy, no minimum caseloads, and be paid per session with direct deposit every two weeks.

Compensation starts at $80 per 53-minute session for LMHCs, with payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Rula handles insurance, billing, EHR, and admin so you can focus on delivering high‑quality care via telehealth.

• Must be licensed as LMHC (WA) or LICSW or LMFT.
• Valid NPI is required.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Able to provide telehealth services.
