Job summary

Qualifications

• Must maintain an active W-2 Full-Time caseload of at least 28 clients/week.
• Comfortable using various evidence-based therapy modalities.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.

Skills

Evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)

Therapy experience with children and adolescents

Ability to use EHR and telehealth platforms

Education

Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling

Active, unrestricted California license in relevant fields
