Qualifications
Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in California.
Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.).
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities.
Maintain an active caseload of clients as required.
Participate in clinical consultation and team meetings.
Skills
Evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
Ability to provide therapy independently
Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
Education
Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
