Job summary

BetterHelp is seeking licensed therapists to provide remote mental health services. Ideal candidates have a Master's or Doctorate degree and at least 3 years of experience in counseling. The position offers increased hourly compensation and a fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling. Therapists will benefit from a health stipend, access to CEU courses, and the opportunity to connect with a community of 30,000 professionals. Autonomy in clinical decisions and zero overhead costs are also provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mental health counseling experience.
• Fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) without supervision.
• Must have professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions to clients remotely.
