Job summary

Thriveworks is currently seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Rhode Island. We support your practice with credentialing, scheduling, billing, and paid orientation so you can build a full caseload within 90 days. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week from 7 a.m.

to 10 p.m. ET. Join a clinician-led organization offering training, supervisor opportunities in select states, and robust benefits including paid time off and CEU reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed to practice in Rhode Island (LCMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Comfortable using telehealth and EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth.
• Maintain caseload with measurable progress for clients.
• Utilize EHR tools for documentation, scheduling, and notes.
