Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Arkansas. Thriveworks is a clinician-founded national private practice group with locations in 48 states, committed to helping people live successful lives through accessible, quality care. Qualifications

Applicants must hold one of the following licenses in Arkansas:

• LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians must be licensed and reside in the state where they practice.

Compensation

Up to $156,200 annually, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonuses.

What We Need

• Willingness to see at least 25 sessions per week
• Ability to work in true partnership
• Behavioral health generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided)
• Interest in growing into leadership or supervisory roles
• Self-motivated to complete notes within 24 hours
• Strong character traits: integrity, honesty, adaptability, commitment to quality care
• Team-oriented with a focus on professional development
