  • 1 year of Allstate Insurance Experience is mandatory.
  • Strong interest in a sales career is required.

Position Overview: As a Licensed Sales Professional, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
  • Identify and qualify sales leads generated from various sources
  • Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that meet their needs
  • Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
  • Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
  • Provide a positive customer experience

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be located in GA, SC, NC, KY
  • Must hold an active GA Insurance License P&C or Personal Lines OR be willing to obtain a non-resident license in GA (required)
  • Must have 1 year of Allstate Insurance Experience (mandatory)
  • 1-3+ years of continuous employment in the Insurance Industry
  • Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience
  • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
  • Cold calling/outbound calls experience
  • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
