Responsibilities
- Generate new business and cross-sell to existing clients
- Meet monthly sales goals consistently
- Educate clients on coverage options to protect their families and assets
- Provide a positive customer experience
- Build long-term relationships based on trust and service
Requirements
- Active Texas P&C license or willingness to obtain one
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Insurance sales experience required — no entry-level or unlicensed candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, follow up, and follow through
- Confident, motivated personality
- Intermediate computer skills
