Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a dual-role, 1099 independent contractor to perform licensed psychologist evaluations and BCBA ABA services remotely across the United States. The role combines clinical assessments with supervision of staff and program implementation for learners.

Remote work is supported and compensation is hourly based on experience. Requirements include a Doctoral or Master's in the relevant field, current licenses, and strong report-writing skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist with an active state license.
• BCBA with current certification and supervision eligibility.
• Experience with neuropsychological/psychoeducational evaluations.
• Excellent report-writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations.
• Provide feedback to clients/guardians with results and recommendations.
• Prepare reports for medical records and referrals in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Supervise and train staff conducting assessments.
• Maintain licensure and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Design and monitor ABA-based skill acquisition and reduction programs.
• Lead team meetings and coordinate with families and schools.
