Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide individual counseling to clients in Alabama via telehealth. The position is full-time and remote, with a salary of $115,000–$120,000 per year plus full benefits.

You will conduct sessions Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and maintain a flexible, client-centered approach. Responsibilities include reviewing client histories, setting treatment goals, and documenting progress securely.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Alabama LPC license.
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related qualifying field.
• Previous clinical counseling or psychotherapy experience.
• Familiarity with treatment planning and clinical documentation.
• Ability to manage a scheduled caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video.
• Review client history and concerns during intake and follow-up visits.
• Establish treatment goals and select counseling approaches.
• Help clients develop practical strategies for emotional/behavioral concerns.
• Revisit treatment goals as client needs change.
• Complete progress notes and required clinical records.
• Identify when additional services or referrals are needed.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
