Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to provide virtual therapy and/or psychological assessment services to clients across California. This fully remote role is ideal for psychologists who value clinical autonomy, work-life balance, and the opportunity to serve clients in a secure, high-quality telehealth setting.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct evidence-based therapy with adults, adolescents, or children via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
- Perform psychological assessments (optional based on interest/expertise), including intakes, psychometrics, and report writing.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide goal-oriented interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our integrated EHR system.
- Engage in care coordination and collaborate with referring providers, when appropriate.
- Participate in optional team case consults, training, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards set by the California Board of Psychology.
- Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Active license as a Psychologist in the state of California (BOP-licensed).
- Minimum of 1 year post-licensure clinical experience (more preferred).
- Comfortable delivering therapy and/or assessments via telehealth platforms.
- Culturally competent, with sensitivity to diverse client backgrounds and experiences.
- Must reside in California and have a private, secure space for virtual sessions.
