Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a remote Insurance Agent (Licensed Personal Lines, P&C) to deliver exceptional customer experiences for a Fortune 500 brand. This role offers work-from-home flexibility, with training and growth opportunities, and a diverse, inclusive culture.

Starting pay is $18/hr, rising to $20/hr during nesting, and up to $21–$22/hr after 90 days. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and training days. Must reside in the United States with an active P&C license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Active resident license to sell P&C insurance.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• Identify customer needs through active listening.
• Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing.
• Process new and amended enrollments.
