Job summary

Black Cat Psychotherapy PLLC is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to join our growing virtual private practice serving Connecticut-based clients. The position is part-time and remote, with a W-2 fee-for-service structure and hourly compensation of $60–$75 for licensed clinicians.

We value relational, evidence-based care (EMDR, IFS, DBT, Gottman, person-centered) and offer administrative support, supervision, and schedule flexibility. Licensure in CT (LMFT/LCSW/LPC) is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, Clinical Social Work or related field.
• Active independent clinical license in Connecticut: LMFT, LCSW or LPC.
• Experience using electronic health systems and telehealth platforms.
• Reliable technology and internet with HIPAA-compliant tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Offer couples/family/group therapy as applicable.
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation in EHR.
• Conduct treatment planning and clinical assessments.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other providers.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 10 clinical sessions per week when caseload is developed.
• Attend clinical supervision (1:1 and group).
