Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to provide remote counseling across California in a full-time role, delivering telehealth sessions, managing stress, anxiety, and relationship concerns, with a fixed weekday schedule (Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–5:00 PM).

You will work from home with reliable access to telehealth platforms, create treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with peers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
• At least two years of therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families.
• Create customized treatment plans and adjust as progress is made.
• Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate virtually with peers for coordinated care.
• Engage in continuing education and training.
