Health First Psychotherapy Services in Waterbury, CT seeks a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) to provide telehealth services to a diverse client base. The role emphasizes culturally competent care, evidence-based interventions, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, delivering individual/family/group therapy, and crisis intervention.

Competenze

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, MFT, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid CT license as LMFT/LPC/LCSW in Connecticut.
• Solid understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy in culturally responsive settings.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse individuals and groups.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related software.
• Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
