Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and developing individualized treatment plans grounded in best practices.
• Implementing a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to each client's preferences and circumstances.
• Maintaining accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinical standards.
• Actively collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team, participating in case consultations, and ensuring coordinated client care to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Providing education and resources to patients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and community resources to ensure comprehensive support.
• Continuously expanding your therapeutic knowledge through professional development and integrating the latest findings into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
