Job summary

Solace Behavioral Health Center in Oregon is seeking a Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver high-quality care in a culturally diverse outpatient setting. The role emphasizes telehealth, working remotely from Gresham with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional flexibility to meet client needs.

You will conduct assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.
• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatments.
• Experience delivering culturally responsive therapy in individual and group settings.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based therapies.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other professionals.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ensure client safety when needed.
• Educate clients and families about conditions, options, and resources.
• Maintain confidential records in compliance with laws and ethics.
• Attend team meetings and participate in cultural competence training.
• Stay informed on current research and best practices in mental health therapy.
