Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant mental health field and active CT licensure.
• Experience using electronic health systems and telehealth platforms.
• Professional liability insurance and HIPAA-compliant practice setup.

Aufgaben

• Individual therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Couples/family/group therapy if applicable.
• Timely, compliant clinical documentation in EHR.
• Treatment planning and clinical assessment.
• Collaboration with colleagues and providers.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 20 clinical sessions per week when developed.
• Attend clinical supervision in 1:1 and group settings.
