Job summary

CVS Health is seeking Licensed Clinical Therapists to join the Minute Clinic as remote professionals supporting patients 13+. This 20-40 hour/week role offers autonomy to practice at the top of your license, with a supporting clinical care team and flexible scheduling.

Your responsibilities include providing psychosocial support and education to address mental wellbeing, using evidence-based methods such as motivational interviewing and CBT, while delivering care to diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unencumbered State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills leveraging evidence-based methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support and education to address mental wellbeing for individuals, couples, and families 13+.
• Practice at the top of license with support from the clinical care team.
• Engage patients virtually, manage caseloads, and document care in EHR per policy.
