Job summary

CVS Health is seeking Licensed Clinical Therapists to provide remote psychosocial care for patients 13+ from Minute Clinic. You will practice at the top of your license with clinical care team support, delivering evidence-based therapies such as motivational interviewing and CBT in a remote setting.

Applicants must hold an LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT license in at least one state and be willing to obtain additional state licensure as needed.

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unencumbered State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Must also be willing to obtain additional state licenses based on business needs.
• Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills leveraging evidence-based methodologies including but not limited to motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support and education to address the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples/families ages 13+.
• Deliver care within Minute Clinic with support from a clinical care team.
• Respond to patient needs remotely, maintaining high-quality care and documented treatment planning.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with evidence-based practices.
