Beacon of Hope Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our fully remote team in the United States. The role emphasizes assessments, evidence-based therapies, and personalized treatment planning to support clients' mental health from home.

You will work with diverse populations, hold an independent state license (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW), and participate in supervision and ongoing professional development. Salary ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Independent license from the state board (LMFT/LMHC/LICSW).
• Licensed mental health professional with relevant licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ mental health conditions.
• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions using CBT/DBT/mindfulness approaches.
• Support clients in developing coping strategies for daily life.
• Maintain confidential client records in line with ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision and training.
