Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Oregon (state licensure required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments considering co-occurring medical issues.
• Develop integrated treatment plans addressing psychiatric and medical needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy using evidence-based methods.
• Collaborate with medical providers to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and long-term care planning when needed.
• Educate patients on how mental and physical health intersect and empowers self-management.
• Maintain confidential, thorough documentation per laws and ethics.
• Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary planning for integrated care.
• Stay informed on current research and best practices in mental health treatment.
