This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering remote care through an 8-week evidence-based program, ensuring that patients receive effective and timely support.
• Continuously monitoring participant progress, providing follow-up communications, and making care coordination recommendations based on individual needs.
• Participating actively in a multi-disciplinary care team, assisting clients with resource access, and guiding them through the consent and authorization processes.
• Identifying high-risk participants or encounters requiring immediate attention, employing appropriate assessment and intervention protocols.
• Attending regular supervisory meetings, monthly team check-ins, and Town Halls to foster a culture of collaboration and open communication.
• Upholding confidentiality standards in accordance with HIPAA privacy regulations, while meeting mandatory annual training requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on adults seeking mental health support across a wide spectrum of challenges. You will collaborate with clients to develop actionable skills and promote lifelong habits that enhance their mental resilience. Utilizing structured methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule to ensure dependable patient care.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in delivering psychotherapy, particularly using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches.
• A genuine passion for impacting lives and contributing to the evolution of behavioral health care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on experience and hours worked. Additionally, full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring comprehensive coverage for their well-being. Our onboarding process is efficient and streamlined, taking as little as three days to complete.
