Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or related field.
• Valid and current state license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Minimum of four years of counseling experience in mental health with clinical practices.
• Expertise in mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural sensitivity.
• Commitment to ethics, professional boundaries and client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations using standardized tools and interviews.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based practices.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to address anxiety, depression, and substance use.
• Maintain ongoing sessions to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and social workers for holistic client care.
• Apply crisis intervention skills to manage emergencies and ensure safety.
