Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license to practice mental health therapy in Texas (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD).
• Minimum 2 years of full-time clinical psychotherapy experience, remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree and advanced degree preferred.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group therapy using CBT and other evidence-based methods.
• Document sessions and progress, maintaining compliance with regulations.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through trainings and supervision.
• Collaborate with team to enhance patient care.
• Deliver therapy via telehealth tools to remote clients.
