Qualifications

• Experience as a loan officer in mortgage industry.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• NMLS license preferred.
• US work authorization or right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Generate loan leads and close mortgage loans for clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships from application to close.
• Coordinate with lenders to ensure accurate documentation and timely closings.
• Proactively manage pipeline and ensure compliance with lending regulations.
