Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is hiring life insurance agents for a long-term home. This is a fully remote sales role with industry-leading, performance-based compensation and a proven system used by 1,000+ agents nationwide. You’ll participate in onboarding, training, coaching, and leadership development while meeting clients virtually and managing your sales pipeline. U.S. only, flexible schedule, commission-based earnings.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on client needs and goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
