The Lyons Agency is seeking motivated, remote life insurance sales professionals to join a flexible, 100% remote team. You can work from anywhere in the United States with training, mentorship, and ongoing support from experienced industry leaders.

Whether licensed or willing to obtain a life insurance license, you’ll gain access to proven systems, coaching, and advancement opportunities. Compensation is performance-based and uncapped.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one.
• Sales, customer service, or related experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation.

Successful agents may earn $55,000–$150,000+ annually, depending on individual sales performance, effort, consistency, and time commitment.
