Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Salary: $50,000 - $150,000 per year

AnnieMac Insurance has immediate openings for full-time Sales Professionals in Washington. We are looking for experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Professionals with active Property and Casualty licenses to help expand our agency’s growth.

Position Responsibilities
  • Lead conversations and acquire new accounts
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Implement sales strategies
  • Understand carrier products, underwriting, and guidelines
  • Use AnnieMac systems and technology proficiently
  • Generate leads, process applications, produce quotes, close sales
  • Issue new client accounts and transition files to onboarding
  • Support training and onboarding new sales staff
  • Expand lines of business and support account renewals
Position Requirements
  • Property/Casualty Producer License
  • At least 2 years in personal lines insurance
  • Understanding of insurance products and laws
  • Tech-savvy and motivated for long-term wealth
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
Hours of Operation

Standard hours are 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday-Thursday and 8:00am - 5:00pm on Fridays. Flexible scheduling and remote work options are available.

Compensation Package

Includes base salary, commissions, renewal commissions, equity opportunities, benefits, and leads provided.
