What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services
  2. Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed
  3. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, and claims
  4. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  5. Utilize exceptional relationship-building skills to enhance customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Active Property and Casualty license
  2. Active Life and Health license
  3. Must have prior State Farm experience
  4. Willingness and ability to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Bilingual skills are a plus
  2. Previous insurance sales experience preferred
  3. Experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing preferred
  4. Proven track record of meeting sales goals or quotas preferred
  5. Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and effectively relate to customers
