Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Sales and Service :

Provide quotes, present coverage options, and sell tailored insurance solutions.

Handle inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting to grow your book of business.

Cross-sell additional policies, including life insurance, during the initial sale.

Onboard new clients with a strong focus on bundling opportunities and referrals.

Build lasting relationships to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Daily Performance Goals :

Achieve a minimum of $2,000 in daily premium, with $2,500+ for bonus eligibility.

Complete 10 quotes daily through a mix of inbound transfers and outbound prospecting.

Be prepared to handle higher outbound call volume if needed, based on future lead sources.

Discuss life insurance with every prospect.

Requirement

What Were Looking For

Licensing :

You must have an active Property & Casualty license, Life & Health license, or both.

If you do not hold a resident license in Minnesota or Wisconsin, you must secure non-resident licenses in both states (P&C and Life & Health) before your start date

Licensing is required prior to application. Candidates without an active license will not be considered.

Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.

Communication :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and persuasive style.

Time Management :

Proven ability to manage workload efficiently and consistently meet performance goals.

Integrity :

Lives and works with honesty, integrity, and a commitment to doing the right thing at all times.
