A leading company is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to insurance products. This role involves processing policyholder transactions and requires a Property & Casualty Insurance License along with strong communication skills. You will work in a collaborative environment aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction through effective resolution of issues.
SUMMARY
The Licensed Insurance Agent, I (LIA, I) receives inbound calls from our client’s residents requiring assistance with RealPage Insurance products. The LIA, I will respond promptly to calls, identify the needs of the resident, accurately record all issues in our proprietary CRM, and aim for a high first-call resolution. The LIA provides excellent customer service by responding to inquiries related to insurance policies, payments, billing issues, website troubleshooting, and some claims & coverage questions, requiring a Property & Casualty Insurance License.
