You’ll translate complex policy details into simple choices, build tailored packages, and guide customers through a smooth purchasing journey from our remote-first platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.
• Empathy, warmth, and active listening skills in every interaction.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with a high standard of service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with high energy, patience, and care.
• Educate and advocate by uncovering savings or coverage gaps and translating policy details clearly.
• Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage with ease.
• Listen to customer hesitation with empathy and address concerns for a smooth purchasing experience.
• Share customer feedback with product teams to help refine app and service offerings.
