Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound calls and warm leads, helping customers select the right insurance coverages and products. You will work remotely with paid training and licensing, joining a high-support, high-earning sales team.

The role offers a base salary with commission, generous earning potential, and benefits, with training lasting 16–18 weeks for licensed/unlicensed hires and a schedule of four weekdays plus one weekend day.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to assess customer needs.
• Consult customers to match coverages, products, and benefits.
• Convert leads into policyholders and close sales.
