Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance needs and matching coverages to convert leads into policyholders.

You will train from day one in a remote work environment, with paid licensing. The role includes a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, company benefits from day one, and potential for strong commission earnings as you grow.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service-related work required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities
