Job Summary

The Healthcare Provider will conduct physical and mental/behavioral health assessments for military service members in Alaska via telehealth. Responsibilities include performing Periodic Health Assessments (PHA), Mental Health Assessments (MHA), Pre and Post Deployment Health Assessments, and Post Deployment Health Re-Assessments (PDHRA).

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Conduct Physical and Mental Health Assessments (PHA + MHA) and PDHRA in all 50 states through a remote telehealth portal.
• Manage client contact, including referrals to other resources if necessary.
• Complete all required documentation for assessments.

Education and Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Hold a specialized Master’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure in the specialty area.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mental and behavioral health assessments/services.
• Ability to work effectively remotely with minimal supervision.
• Experience with electronic health records, databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to obtain SF86 Position of Trust clearance.

• Part-time only.
• 1099 Contract.
• Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 9:00 pm.
