Kin, a remote-first homeowners insurance company, is seeking a Licensed Customer Service Manager to lead a high-performing team of licensed Customer Service Agents and elevate the service experience across every stage of the insurance journey.

You will hire, coach, and develop the team while partnering across the business to improve processes, solve challenges, and deliver operational excellence that drives outstanding customer outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Property & casualty (P&C) license required.
• 3+ years of customer service or support experience.
• 2+ years leading customer service teams within insurance.
• Experience coaching and developing frontline employees.
• Experience using metrics and data to drive improvements.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. CT with one Saturday every ~9 weeks.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of licensed Customer Service Agents (12–14).
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and implement improvement plans.
• Analyze performance data to inform coaching and planning.
• Develop and implement service initiatives to improve satisfaction.
• Resolve complex escalations with professionalism.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure tools and information are available.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new agents.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, high-performing culture.
