Find Your Balance, Center for Growth & Change Inc. is seeking a licensed mental health therapist for part-time telehealth or hybrid services. The role offers the potential to transition into full-time and is remote with optional hybrid locations in Encino, Lancaster, or Riverside.

The position requires LMHC or equivalent licensure, 1–3 years of clinical experience, and CPR/BLS certs. You will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, conduct assessments, and maintain timely documentation while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a mental health therapist.
• Current and unrestricted state license as an LMHC or equivalent.
• CPR and BLS certifications.
• Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to clients via secure telehealth or hybrid services.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s clinical needs.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as clinically appropriate.
• Develop safety plans and respond to crises and mandated reporting requirements.
• Complete accurate, insurance‑compliant documentation within 24 hours of each session.
