We are hiring licensed therapists to join our diverse network of providers. Rula handles administrative tasks such as client marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, billing, support, EHR, audits, and compliance, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent care.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- Must be licensed in California
- Must be able to provide telehealth services
Compensation Details
- Providers typically reach 90% of their desired caseload within 6 weeks of going live
- LMFT, LCSW, and LPCC: $90 per session reimbursement for initial or 90837 appointments (53-minute session)
- Direct deposit every two weeks with no unpaid claims worries
- Rula pays even when patients no-show, cancel late, or claims are denied
