Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

We're seeking a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality teletherapy services to clients across California. Join a compassionate and collaborative team dedicated to delivering accessible and culturally responsive mental health care.

As a Remote LCSW, you’ll:

• Deliver individual, couples, or family therapy via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and formulate treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions for a wide range of mental health issues (e.g., trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, stress).
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR system.
• Participate in optional team meetings, peer consultations, and clinical training.
• Comply with ethical and legal standards as per California’s Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in California
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• 1+ years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (newly licensed clinicians are also welcome).
• Reliable internet, HIPAA-compliant home office, and basic telehealth setup.
• Strong organizational, communication, and self-management skills.
• Comfortable using EHR systems (e.g., SimplePractice, TherapyNotes).
