Qualifications

• PsyD required.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois.
• Eligible to supervise clinicians working toward licensure in Illinois.
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy.
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Professional boundaries and ethical clinical standards.
• Comfort working with a diverse client population.
• Valant experience is a plus and familiarity with EHR systems such as Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active outpatient therapy caseload (individual, couples, or family).
• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes per insurance and clinical standards.
• Provide evidence-based treatment to a diverse client population.
• Support incident-to billing workflows within the practice.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure quality and insurance compliance.
• Provide clinical consultation and guidance to clinicians when appropriate.
• Participate in case consultations and clinical meetings as needed.
