Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Centerville/Springboro OH is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to expand access to quality mental health care. You will maintain a client caseload, supervise trainees, and sign off on notes while upholding our values of authenticity, humor, compassion, and creativity.

This role offers both full-time and part-time options with flexible scheduling and hybrid work opportunities. A strong emphasis is placed on supporting clinicians with a collaborative team and modern EHR tools

Qualifications

• Candidates must be a Licensed Psychologist in OH.
• Prior supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services within 24 hours.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Maintain clinical documentation in EHR system.
• Maintain a caseload of clients.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Participate in clinic marketing, outreach, and networking community events.
• Supervise evaluations of mental health diagnoses, creation, and implementation of treatment plans.
• Review and sign notes for pre-licensed staff.
• Attend leadership meetings and professional development as required
