Job summary

Rula in Washington is seeking licensed LMHC/LMFT/LICSW clinicians to join a telehealth network. Providers work as 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, while Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and administrative tasks.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly payments and no-show protections. Remote work is supported, and dedicated credentialing assistance is available to get you set up in under a month.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in Washington.
• Valid NPI on file.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Ability to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions to clients in WA.
• Maintain session notes and documentation in the EHR.
• Coordinate with Rula’s admin team for billing, claims and scheduling.
• Contribute to high-quality telehealth care through consistent practice.
