Qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent; 3 years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• AnalyzeGL, Auto, BI, and Premises Liability Litigation claims to determine benefits due.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority and timelines.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients, and report to excess carriers.
