Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze GL, Auto, BI, and Premises Liability Litigation claims to determine benefits due and adjudicate claims within service expectations.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority and communicate claim activity to claimants and clients.
• Report claims to excess carriers and respond to directions in a professional and timely manner.
