Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of claims management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Licensing required; NY preferred.
• Multi-jurisdiction knowledge desired.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process General Liability, Auto Liability & Premises claims.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to excess carriers and respond to directions promptly.
