Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Liability Claims Examiner to adjudicate complex liability, bodily injury, and property damage claims for a dedicated client with capped caseloads. The role supports nationwide jurisdictions, with a focus on CA, FL, and NY, and requires licensing.

A remote work option is available and compensation ranges are provided. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of claims management experience, a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s preferred), and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze and adjudicate liability claims for a dedicated client with capped caseloads
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directions promptly
