Sedgwick is hiring a Claims Examiner - Liability to analyze complex general and product liability claims and determine benefits due. This remote role supports clients across states and requires careful adjudication within service expectations.

You will handle high-exposure claims involving litigation, seek subrogation opportunities, and negotiate settlements while maintaining timely communications with claimants and clients and adhering to best practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Licensing in all 50 states, NY, IA, FL or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex or technically difficult general and product liability claims.
• Work with high exposure claims involving litigation and rehabilitation.
• Identify subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
