A NY license is preferred and reciprocal licensing is required. In this remote, telecommuter position, you will collaborate with clients and Sedgwick experts, manage settlements, and ensure timely adjudication in line with service expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Licensing: NY preferred; reciprocal license required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex or high-exposure liability claims to determine benefits.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to excess carriers and respond to directions promptly.
