Sedgwick in the United States seeks a Liability Claims Adjuster to analyze GL, Property and Product Liability claims for our national clients, determine benefits due, and adjudicate claims to meet service expectations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims with well-developed action plans to resolution.
• Negotiating settlement of claims within designated authority.
• Communicating claim activity with the claimant and the client.
• Reporting claims to the excess carrier and responding to directions professionally.
